Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No, the security deposit is due within 3 to 5 business days, and the pro-rated rent amount will be due before you pick up your keys.

Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The homeowner is responsible for maintenance, but any damages by tenants will be the responsibility of the tenant.
